Registration

To register or receive further information call AGS Training Services at 1-800-468-8888 and select Option 4. Outside the United States call 1-512-272-0027.

Student enrollment is limited for all technical training courses to assure quality instruction. Training is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.


Payment

Training may be paid for through Purchase Orders or through system Sales Order training credits. System Sales Order training credits are available at the time of system purchase. These credits are valid for one year from the system ship date, and are applicable toward training on the product purchased unless otherwise arranged by the customer. Customers will be invoiced up to 30 days before the beginning of class. Terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice.

Confirmation

To confirm training at an Applied Materials Training Center, a valid Sales Order or Purchase Order number is required three weeks before the class start date. To confirm training at a location other than at an Applied Materials Training Center, a valid Sales Order or Purchase Order must be provided four weeks before the class start date. Unconfirmed reservations will be subject to cancellation, unless special arrangements are made.

Custom/Customer Site Classes

Applied Materials Training Services will develop a course that is tailored specifically to your needs. Training can occur at your site, at our site, or a combination of both. Custom classes will be scheduled by request only. For further information, call your local training center.

Cancellations/Reschedules

For Custom/Customer Site Classes, a full credit or refund will be made for cancellations or reschedules made more than 45 full calendar days in advance of the class start date. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or reschedules less than 45 full calendar days of the class start date. Failure to appear for class also results in forfeiture of the full training tuition. The student must attend each day of training to complete the course.

For Open Enrollment classes at an Applied Materials Training Center, a full credit or refund will be made for cancellations or reschedules made more than 20 full calendar days in advance of the class start date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or reschedules within 11-20 full calendar days of the class start date. Classes canceled or rescheduled within 10 full calendar days of the class start date will be charged the full amount of the class. Failure to appear for class also results in forfeiture of the full training tuition. The student must attend each day of training to complete the course.

Applied Materials Technical Training reserves the right to change or cancel class dates as necessary.
