What is Web-Based Training (WBT)?
WBT courses are eLearning courses that students can access via the eCampus at www.appliedtraining.com .
These courses do not require a live instructor and can be taken anywhere at any time as long as the student has sufficient internet access.
WBT may be taken independently or as prerequisites to other training.
What is Instructor-Led Training (ILT)?
ILT is Face-to-Face instruction provided by an Applied Materials certified instructor in a classroom/lab at a scheduled time in a specific location, for example at a training center.
What is Live Distance Learning (LDL)?
LDL is instruction in an online event where one or more students "meet" together with an instructor at a scheduled date and time.
Sessions are available by request only as a Customized Training Course.

What if I cannot see the course or the course does not appear to launch?
Make sure you have any popup blockers turned off.
Make sure your session on the www.appliedtraining.com site has not expired (this will happen after 15 minutes of inactivity on our site).

What are the Computer Requirements?
Window 98,ME, NT 4 (SP4), 2000 Professional or XP
600 MHz processor (PIII Class processor)
64 MB RAM
Headset with microphone. You can also use the speakers and microphone on your computer to complete stand alone and live distance training.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later versions (other browsers are not supported)
50 MB of free hard drive space.
Internet Access (DSL, cable modem, or broadband strongly recommended)
